بررسي اثربخشي دوره ضمن خدمت مهارتهاي تدريس درس تربيت بدني برروي مديران، معاونان و آموزگاران شهرستان پيرانشهر

The Effectiveness of In-Service Training Teaching Skills Physical Education Course for Managers, Deputies, and Teachers of Piranshahr City

هدف: اين پژوهش با بررسي اثربخشي دوره‌ ضمن خدمت مهارتهاي تدريس درس تربيت بدني برروي كليه مديران، معاونان و آموزگاران شهرستان پيرانشهر انجام گرفت. روش: اين پژوهش از نوع توصيفي- پيمايشي بود. جامعه آماري شامل كليه مديران، معاونان(55نفر) و آموزگاران (406نفر) شهرستان پيرانشهر در سال تحصيلي 97-96 مي‌باشد. نمونه‌ي آماري به صورت كل شمار مي باشد كه به پرسشنامه اثربخشي دوره ضمن خدمت(غفوري،1386) پاسخ دادند. جهت تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات از آزمون توصيفي و tتك گروهي استفاده شد.نتايج: نتايج آزمون t تك گروهي نشان داد كه ميانگين نمره آموزش دوره ضمن خدمت در گروه مديران/ معاونان و آموزگاران به طور معناداري (001/0 p )از نمره برش90 بالاتر بوده و ميانگين جامعه مورد نظر از مقدار آزمون بيشتر بوده و اثربخشي مثبت ومعناداري مشاهده شد. بحث: نتايج تحقيق حاكي از اين بود كه اثربخشي دوره ضمن خدمت مهارتهاي تدريس درس تربيت بدني مديران، معاونان و آموزگاران اثربخشي مثبت ومعناداري داشته است.

Objective: This study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the in-service training course for teaching physical education course for all the managers, assistants and teachers at the Piranshahr city.Method: This research was a descriptive survey. The statistical population includes all managers, deputies (55 persons) and teachers (406 persons) at the Piranshahr city in the 2016-2017 academic years. The statistical sample was a total number of respondents who respond to the questionnaire of the effectiveness of the period of service (Ghafouri, 2007). Data were analyzed using descriptive single group t-test.Results: The results of single-group t-test indicated that the mean of in-service training in the group of directors/assistants and teachers was significantly higher than the cut-off score of 90 and the mean of the target population was greater than the test value and the effectiveness was Positive and statistically significant.Discussion: The results of the research indicated that the effectiveness of the in-service training period for the managers, deputies and, teachers for teaching the physical education curriculum was positive and statistically significant.
