Expanding the horizons
Considering the expanding border of the commerce and business, having contact with foreign cultures, will be inevitable in the future. Our world is becoming smaller and smaller every day.
Collaborating at international level, fostering cultural collaboration with foreign institutions and having role in the evolving multicultural environment, is a great opportunity for all students.
Collaborating with other culture improves the ability of critical thinking, allow each of us to understand better the other people living styles in foreign countries. It really expands the horizons and it is a great opportunity to be ambassador of your own country in a foreign context. This is the great chance for us, if we decide to expand our contacts beyond the borders.
Escape from a knowledge-based system
The classical knowledge-based educational approach, had a long history and provided great results in the past. But it is clear that in our modern evolving context, where students will face a world with increasingly unprecedented speed. Just having a strong memory, will not be enough for the future citizens to master their professional and social life.
As a consequence, it seems that the mission of the management of the schools, should be considering the improvement and expansion of their own models, in order to ensure that the students will internalize the most appropriate competence and the skills for their future life.
New approaches have been already applied successfully in several schools around the world, and these experiences are a great treasure. If the school management be able to take advantage of this treasure, their need to upgrade their educational models will be largely met, since they can select the best practices around the world and customize and localize the already tested and available models.
In this way, the system will be sure that the new approaches are not in contrast with the consolidated rules and do not threat any expected performances that students are anticipated to reach.
Moreover, considering the experience of a Persian Educational complex, the educational improvement potentials that a new approach provides can be evaluated in two dimensions. Transversal to the age of the students, as for example the multidimensional and experiential learning, and vertical to the age of the students, it means a homogeneous learning methodology and experience without continuous stressful changes of environment and teachers.
Working on teachers to improve the quality
To reach the desired target, it is required to work in deep with the teachers and all the staff of the school in order to increase the quality of the approaches.
A Persian Educational Complex is working intensively in order to take advantage of the foreign country competence in evolving context, and in particular is developing collaboration in the following fields:
Exchange of methodologies;
Participation in the researches;
Collaborate with universities.
The collaborations, provides the chance for the school to identify the best methodologies, discuss with the teachers and the staff, and apply them only when they are justified safe and reliable.
Dominating the competences evolution in the students
The collaborations that are evolving in the school networks we create, are providing significant advances in the quality of the learning experience for the students.
In fact, a continuous exchange of ideas and methodologies permit the staff to be reacting well in advance to any kind of problem that could raise during the class activities and they are also able to be pro-active in providing new path to teach a specific topic.
Moreover, what has been interesting to notice is that, not only the students are growing in their experience, but also all the people involved in teaching are evolving and becoming more and more competent in providing their support. In educational strategies in every day practices.
In the speech, we will provide the result of the evolution of the methodologies applied in the educational field.
