Safety of parks in cities of Iran

زمينه و هدف: ايمني به عوامل و شرايطي كه از وقوع حوادث و صدمات جسماني جلوگيري مي كند و با احساس راحتي و آسايش در استفاده از امكانات و خدمات پارك ها توسط استفاده كنندگان همراه است اطلاق ميشود . با توجه به اهميت پارك ها در مناطق شهري، مسائل مربوط به سلامت، ايمني و محيط زيست در پارك ها از جمله مسائل مهمي است كه قبل از وقوع حوادث و اثرات نامطلوب بايد مورد توجه قرار گيرد. ايمني كودكان عامل مهمي در رويكرد شهر سالم است. از آنجا كه اكثر وقت آزاد كودكان در اين محيطها صرف ميشود از اين رو، يك شهر سالم نياز به زمين هاي بازي امن دارد.. از سوي ديگر، مديريت پارك هاي شهري در ايران رويكرد سنتي دارد. در اين رويكرد، با توجه به شيوع نگرش پس از حادثه، در پارك ها، زيان هاي فيزيكي و مالي زيادي وجود دارد. بنابراين هدف از اين مطالعه بررسي ايمني و سلامت پارك ها و زمين بازي كودكان در شهرهاي ايران است. روش: يك جستجوي نظامند در پايگاه هاي داده شامل گوگل اسكولار، SID و Magiran با استفاده از كلمات كليدي تا سال 2018 انجام گرفت. پيامدهاي ايمني و سلامت با شاخصهاي حس ايمني، طراحي خوانا، ايمني فيزيكي، روشنايي، دسترسي فيزيكي، محيط زيست، امكانات ويژه و ايمني سلامت ارزيابي شدند. همچنين ساير اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسشنامه جمع آوري شد. يافته ها: سيزده مطالعه وارد اين مطالعه شدند. بيش از 50٪ مطالعات در تهران انجام شدبود. نتايج مطالعات انجام شده در پارك هاي تهران نشان داد كه وضعيت ايمني و سلامت آنها ضعيف تا متوسط است. در ساير شهرها شاخص هاي مطالعات ضعيف تا متوط گزارش شد. نتيجه گيري: مطالعات نشان داد كه وضعيت سلامت و امنيت بيشتر پارك ها و كودكان در تهران و شهرهاي ايران از نظر امنيت متوسط است. شاخص هاي سلامت و محيط زيست در شرايط نامطلوب قرار داشتند. بنابراين، پيشنهاد مي شود اين مسائل مورد توجه قرار گيرد.

Background Objective: Safety refers to factors and conditions that prevent the occurrence of accidents and physical harm with feeling of comfort and convenience in utilizing the facilities and services of parks by users. Considering the importance of parks in urban areas, the issues of health, safety and the environment in parks are among the important issues that before occurrence of incidents and undesirable effects need to be addressed. The safety of children is a crucial factor in approach of the healthy city. Because the majority of children s free time is spent in these environments. Hence, a healthy city requires safe playgrounds. In other hand, management of urban parks in Iran has a traditional approach. In this approach, due to the prevalence of post-incident attitudes, there are a lot of physical and financial losses in the parks. Therefore, the aim of this study was to review the safety and health of parks and children s playground in cities of Iran. Method: A search systematic was performed in databases include Google scholar, SID and Magiran using key words up to 2018. Safety and health outcomes were assessed by the safety feeling index, مقالات readability design, physical safety, lighting, physical accessibility, environment, special facilities and health safety. Also, other information was collected using a questionnaire. Results: Thirteen studies were included in this review. More than 50% of studies were conducted in Tehran. The results of studies on Tehran s parks showed that their safety and health status were poor to moderate. In other cities, the indexes of studies were reported poor to weak. Conclusion: The studies showed that health and safety status of the most parks and children s playground in Tehran and the cities of Iran were moderate in terms of safety. The health and environment indexes were in an unfavorable condition. Therefore, it is suggested this issues to be considered.
