چكيده فارسي :
بر اساس اصول پايه اي سازمان ملل متحد كه از طرف تمامي نمايندگان جامعه بشري عضو آن پذيرفته شده ا ست، احترام به ارزش ذاتي و برابري خدشه ناپذير حقوقي انسانها ترسيم گر آزادي، عدالت و صلح در جهان است. ملت هاي دنيا بر مبناي همين اعتقاد به مقام و منزلت انساني، خواهان سعادت عموم بشري در قالب پيشرفت‌هاي اجتماعي، بهبود و ضعيت زندگي همراه آزاديهاي هر چه بيشتر هستند. با اعلام پذيرش اعلاميه جهاني حقوق بشر از سوي سازمان ملل متحد و تضمين بهره مندي تك تك افراد بشري از حقوق مندرج در آن بدور از وابستگيهاي نژادي، جن سي، مذهبي، فرهنگي، سياسي، مالي، قومي و يا هرگونه تبعيض ديگري. و با توجه به اينكه سازمان ملل متحد در اعلاميه جهاني حقوق بشر به رعايت حقوق ويژه ي كودكان و حمايت آنها تاكيد كرده است. و با آگاهي به اينكه خانواده، واحد ساختاري جامعه و مكان رشد و پرورش تمام اعضاي آن و به ويژه شكل دهنده ي شخصيت كودكان است.

According to the United Nations Basic Principles, accepted by all the members of the human community, respect for the inherent value and indissoluble legal equality of human beings is the depiction of freedom, justice and peace in the world. On the basis of the same belief in human dignity, the nations of the world demand the happiness of the public as a whole in terms of social progress, the improvement of the conditions of life, along with more liberties. By proclamation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights by the United Nations and guaranteeing the enjoyment by individuals of all human rights without racial, sexual, religious, cultural, political, financial, ethnic or other discrimination. And given that the United Nations has emphasized in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights the respect of the special rights of children and their protection. And with the knowledge that the family is the structural unit of society and the place for the growth and development of all its members, and in particular the formation of the personality of children.
