Let (A, k · kA) and (B, k · k) be two Banach function algebras on locally compact Hausdorff spaces KB1and Krespectively.We introduce and investigate peak set preserving maps from K1into K. Also some illustrative examples concerning peak set preserving maps are presented. Finally we give the relation between the Choquet boundaries of A and B under an injective peak set preserving map.22
