پژوهشي مردم شناختي در قلمرو صنعت پرورش كرم ابريشم و نسبت آن با معيشت مردم

Anthropological Research in the Realm of the silkworm industry and its Relation to Livelihoods

اين مقاله با موضوع «پژوهشي مردم شناختي در قلمرو صنعت پرورش كرم ابريشم و نسبت آن با معيشت مردم» بر آن است تا با الهام از نظريه مردم شناسي و مردم نگاري «كاركرد گرايي مالينوفسكي»، به تدوين چارچوب نظري و تبيين مردم شناختي صنعت پرورش كرم ابريشم و نسبت آن با معيشت پرداخته و كليه اطلاعات گردآوري شده از طريق روش ميداني و تكنيك مشاهده مشاركتي با محوريت موضوع، اهداف و سوالات را تحليل محتوي نموده تا بدين وسيله به سوالات تحقيق پاسخ داده شود. در اين مقاله اجزاي ساختاري و صنعت پرورش كرم ابريشم و نسبت آن با معيشت مورد بررسي و تبيين قرار گرفته و سپس از مردم نگاري در سطح «توصيف» به مردم شناسي در سطح «تبيين» صنعت پرورش كرم ابريشم و نسبت آن با معيشت پرداخته شده است.

This article, titled Anthropological research in the field of silkworm breeding industry and its relation to people s livelihoods , seeks to formulate a theoretical framework and anthropological explanation of the silkworm breeding industry its ratio to livelihoods inspired by the anthropological and ethnographic theory of Malinowski s Functionalism. It analyzed all the information gathered through the field method and the participatory observation technique that focused on the subject, the goals and objectives of the study, so the research questions could be answered. In this paper, structural components and silkworm breeding industry and its relation to livelihood are examined and then analyzed from ethnography at the level of description to anthropology at the level of explanation of the silkworm breeding industry and its ratio to livelihoods.
