بررسي جايگاه رنگرزي طبيعي براي توليد فرش ابريشمي

ابريشم از مهمترين محصولاتي است كه در قرون گذشته توسط انسان كشف و مورد بهرهبرداري قرار گرفته است و بهعنوان ماده اصلي در منسوجات و فرشهاي گرانبها مخاطبان زيادي در سراسر ايران دارد. عمده توليد نخ ابريشم در ايران به مصرف بافت فرشهاي ابريشمي ميرسد. فرشهاي ابريشمي داراي ارزش زيادي هستند و اهميت آنها در توليد درآمد و ارز آوري بر كسي پوشيده نيست. شالوده فرش دستباف، نخهاي تشكيل دهنده آن است كه بهعنوان نخهاي چله، پرز، پود در بافت و نحوهي رنگرزي در آن بهكار رفته است. هر چه كيفيت مواد اوليه مورد استفاده بالاتر باشد، طول عمر كالا نيز افزايش مييابد. در اين راستا هر گونه فعاليت كه منجر به بالا رفتن راندمان توليد به لحاظ كمي و كيفي چه در بخش پرورش كرم ابريشم چه در توليد نخ و رنگرزي مناسب در بخش صنعت فرش است بايد مورد توجه قرار گيرد، چرا كه شرايط حاكم در مراحل توليد نخ ابريشم طبيعي و آمادهسازي آن جهت رنگرزي ايدهآل بر كيفيت مطلوب فرش تاثير بسزايي دارد.
