Silver chloride nanoparticles functionalized on IL based SBA-15 was established to be efficient nanocatalyst for antibacterial and antibiofilm behavior on klebsiella pnemonia. Antimicrobial effects were determined by Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) and Minimum Bactericidal Concentration (MBC) by micro-broth-dilution method, disc diffusion and well diffusion methods. Effect of silver NPs on inhibiting the growth of Klebsiella pneumonia and biofilm arising from it, in a standard form is examined.
