Let R be a commutative ring with non-zero identity
and M be a unitary R-module. In this paper, we introduce the
notion of second fuzzy submodules of M and we study some of its
properties. Moreover, we topologize Specs(F(M)), the collection
of all second fuzzy submodules of M and investigate the properties
of this topological space
