Traveling wave solutions of the ratio-dependent predator prey system

We study the traveling wave solutions of the diffusive ratio-dependent predator-prey model. For a wide value of parameter we show that the model supports different types of traveling wave solutions, such as traveling wave fronts and traveling wave trains. Using geometric singular perturbation theory and the theory of rotated vector fields we specify the structure of traveling waves at certain singular limits of the parameter.
