The electrical actions in any cell have three major states that apiece of them enables a set
of cells to do their special obligations. They are spiking, resting and periodic spiking. In order
to servey cells behavior, thousands different models have been introduced up to now which
each of them has strengths and weak points. In any cell there are several ions that create
electrical current. Electrical cell structures were modeled by amount of effect of them. In this
paper we investigate Ih-model for special type of neural cells. In this model there is just effect
of inactiviation gates. We study dynamical behavior of this system and it’s reaction to the
changes of input current (I). We show change parameter I can’t effect on stability of rest
state for these cells.
