شناسايي عوامل تأثيرگذار بر بهسازي اعضاي هيئت علمي مورد مطالعه: دانشگاه فرهنگيان

Identification of effective factors on the improvement of faculty members Case study: Farhangian University

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسايي مؤلفه¬هاي تأثيرگذار بهسازي اعضاي هيئت علمي انجام پذيرفت. اين پژوهش از نظر ماهيت تحقيق توصيفي ـ پيمايشي است. جامعۀ آماري در بخش كيفي، تحقيقات انجام‌شده و اسناد مرتبط با موضوع تحقيق و در بخش كمي، كليه اعضاي هيئت علمي پرديس¬هاي دانشگاه فرهنگيان استان تهران به تعداد 346 نفر بود كه با استفاده از جدول مورگان تعداد 218 نفر به¬ عنوان حجم نمونه به شيوه نمونه‌گيري خوشه‌اي چندمرحله‌اي طبقه‌اي¬نسبي انتخاب شدند، ابزار پژوهش، تحليل محتوا و بررسي اسنادي و پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته بهره¬گيري شد. به¬منظور محاسبه پايايي پرسشنامه از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ و پايايي تركيبي بهره گرفته شد. تجزيه و تحليل داده¬ها در دو بخش آمار توصيفي و استنباطي با استفاده از نرم افزار Spss انجام پذيرفت. يافته ها نشان داد؛ عوامل مؤثر بر بهسازي اعضاي هيئت علمي دانشگاه¬ها و موسسات آموزش¬عالي داراي3 بعد 28 مولفه است كه ابعاد آن شامل: ابعاد ¬آموزشي، ابعاد ¬پژوهشي، و ابعاد¬عمومي بهسازي اعضاي هيئت علمي مي‌باشد. اين پژوهش مي تواند به مسئولان دانشگاه فرهنگيان و همين طور برنامه¬ريزان امر آموزش در درك بهتر عوامل و متغيرهايي كه مي توانند به به سازي و رشد حرفه¬اي اعضاي هيئت علمي منجر شود، كمك نمايد.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effective components of improvement of faculty members. This research is descriptive survey based on the nature of the research. The statistical society in the qualitative section, researches and related documents related to the research topic and in the quantitative section, all the faculty members of the universities of Farhangian universities in Tehran province were 346 people. Using Morgan s table, 218 people were sampled as sampling Selected stratified multistage clusters were selected, Research tool, content analysis and documentary survey and researcher-made questionnaire. Data analysis was done in descriptive and inferential statistics using SPSS software. Findings showed that factors affecting the improvement of faculty members of universities and educational institutions with 3 dimensions of 28 components, whose dimensions include: educational dimensions, research dimensions, and general aspects of improvement of faculty members. This research can help the officials of the University of Cultural Studies and educational planners to better understand the factors and variables that can lead to the improvement and professional development of faculty members.
