چكيده فارسي :
A new approach was developed for the determination of Cr (VΙ) in water samples using surfactant-assisted emulsification microextraction based on the solidification of floating organic drop (SAEME-SFO) followed by electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry (ETAAS). Variables affecting the performance of each step were thoroughly investigated. Response surface methodology (RSM) was applied to investigate the individual effects and possible interactions between the most effective variables, including volume of extraction solvent, pH, concentration of surfactant and concentration of chelating agent on the enrichment factor. The calibration graph was linear in the rage of 0.006-15 µg L−1 With detection limit of 0.002 µg L−1. The enrichment factor (EF) was 420. The method was successfully applied for determination of chromium ions in different water samples.
