بررسي پژوهش هاي پيشين درباره ي كاركنان زندان با تاكيد بر رضايت از زندگي

نيروي انساني به عنوان بزرگترين و باارزش‌ترين سرمايه هر سازمان محسوب مي‌شود. كاركنان زندان به دليل شرايط و محيط كاري بسته و پراسترس بيشتر تحت فشار هستند. رضايت از زندگي به عنوان شاخص ارزيابي شرايط زندگي از ديدگاه خود افراد مي باشد كه تمام حيطه هاي جسماني، روحي و اجتماعي فرد را تحت تاثير قرار مي دهد. هدف تحقيق حاضر مطالعه و بررسي تحقيق هاي پيشين درباره ي كاركنان زندان با تاكيد بر رضايت از زندگي است كه به روش كتابخانه اي انجام شده است. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق شامل همه ي تحقيق هاي صورت گرفته در مجلات علمي پژوهشي و پايگاه هاي داده با موضوع كاركنان زندان است. در مجموع محقق 4 تحقيق را با موضوع رضايت از زندگي در كاركنان زندان در جامعه آماري تحقيق مشاهده كرد. نتايج نشان داد در زمينه استرس شغلي و فرسودگي شغلي، تحقيقات متعددي انجام شده است اما درباره ي رضايت از زندگي تحقيق هاي اندكي انجام شده است. پيشنهاد مي شود تحقيق هاي بيشتري در زمينه ي رضايت از زندگي، نحوه ي گذران اوقات فراغت و مشاركت ورزشي، سبك زندگي و ويژگيهاي شخصيت كاركنان زندان انجام شود.

Human resources are considered as the largest and most valuable capital of any organization. Prison staff are more under pressure because of the especially closed environment and working conditions. Life satisfaction is an indicator of the assessment of living conditions from the point of view of individuals which affects all aspects of the person s physical emotional and social life domains. The aim of this study was to study the previous researches about prison staff with an emphasis on life satisfaction.this study was carried out using a library method. The statistical population of this research includes all researches in scientific Iranian journals and academic databases with the subject of prison staff. In total, the researcher observed only four studies on life satisfaction in prison staff in the target society. The results showed that there were several researches in the field of occupational stress and burnout but few researches have been done on life satisfaction for prison staff. It is suggested that more research is done in about life satisfaction leisure activities and sports participation lifestyle and personality characteristics of prison staff
