ارائه مدل و نرم افزار ارزش گذاري فناوري هاي نرم افزاري مديريت پروژه تحت وب (مورد مطالعه: نرم افزارهاي منتخب مديريت پروژه تحت وب)

Model and Software for the web-based Project Management Software Technologies (Case study: selected Web-based Project management Softwares)

در اين تحقيق كه به منظور توسعه مدلي براي ارزشگذاري فناوري هاي نرم افزاري مديريت پروژه تحت وب و ارائه نرم افزار ارزشگذاري اين فناوري ها انجام گرفته است، ابتدا پس از مطالعه ادبيات موضوع، روش هاي ارزشگذاري فناوري و شاخص هاي موثر بر ارزش فناوري بررسي شده، مصاحبه با خبرگان انجام گرفت و در نهايت 55 شاخص موثر بر ارزش فناوري در 5 شاخص ارزش هاي ذاتي، هزينه، بازار، اجتماعي و واسطه اي دسته بندي شدند. اين شاخص ها در قالب يك پرسشنامه در اختيار خبرگان حوزه ارزش¬گذاري فناوري قرار گرفته و نظرسنجي انجام شد. نتايج پرسشنامه ها از طريق مدلسازي معادلات ساختاري و به روش حداقل مربعات جزئي مورد بررسي قرار گرفته و پس از مشخص شدن وزن هر عامل و حذف عوامل كم اهميت، معادله خطي ارزش گذاري فناوري مشخص گرديد. به منظور تعيين ارزش فناوري هاي مورد مطالعه از طريق معادله مذكور، با رويكرد بازار، يك فناوري پايه معرفي شد. امتياز ارزش كل فناوري هاي مورد مطالعه محاسبه شده و در مقايسه با امتياز ارزش كل فناوري پايه، مورد ارزشگذاري قرار گرفتند. نتايج ارزشگذاري مشخص كرد كه مدل مذكور با دقت بيش از 90% توانايي ارزشگذاري صحيح فناوري هاي نرم افزاري مديريت پروژه تحت وب را داراست. پس از اعتبار سنجي مدل پژوهش، اين مدل بصورت يك نرم افزار تحت وب برنامه نويسي و ارائه شد. در اين نرم افزار كاربر مي تواند داده هاي تجميع شده از چند نظرسنجي را بصورت داده هاي پيوسته و يا تنها داده هاي يك نظرسنجي را بصورت داده هاي رتبه اي به نرم افزار وارد نمايد؛ نرم افزار پس از انجام محاسبات بر پايه مدل ارزشگذاري ارائه شده در اين پژوهش، نتيجه را بصورت امتياز فناوري در هر سازه و شاخص و نيز امتياز ارزش كل فناوري، همراه با ارزشگذاري نهايي فناوري ارائه مي دهد.

In this research, in order to develop a model for valuation of web-based project management softwares and providing a software for valuation of these technologies, first, after studying the literature of the subject, the methods of technology valuation and indicators that affect the value of the technology examined Interviews with experts, and finally, 55 effective indicators of technology value were classified into five indicators of intrinsic, cost, market, social and intermediary values. These indicators were presented to experts in the field of technology valuation in a questionnaire and a survey is conducted. The results of the questionnaires were analyzed through structural equation modeling and by partial least squares method. After determining the weight of each factor and eliminating the insignificant factors, the linear model of technology valuation is determined. In order to determine the value of the selected technologies, through the equation, a basic technology was introduced with the market approach. The total value of the studied technologies is calculated and evaluated in comparison with the total value of the base technology. The results of the evaluation showed that the model with accuracy of more than 90% has the ability to correctly evaluate the web-based project management software technologies. After validating the research model, this model is developed as a web-based software. In this software, the user can enter aggregated data from several surveys into continuous data or only the data of a survey as a rating data into the software; the software after the calculations based on the proposed valuation model In this research, presented the results as technology score in each structure and index, as well as the total score of the technology, along with the final evaluation of technology.
