چكيده فارسي :
ارزيابي تأمين‌كنندگان يكي از مهم‌ترين فعاليت‌ها در مديريت زنجيره تأمين مي‌باشد. در اين زمينه، مطلوب است كه ارزيابي يك تأمين‌كننده با ارزيابي كل زنجيره تأمين، يكپارچه باشد. در اين پژوهش، آن دسته از شاخص‌هاي عملكردي مدل اسكور كه در ارزيابي عملكرد تأمين‌كنندگان تجهيزات آزمايشگاهي كاربرد دارند استخراج شد و سپس با نظرخواهي از خبرگان و بررسي‌هاي صورت گرفته، ابعاد و شاخص‌هاي عملكردي مختص ارزيابي تأمين‌كنندگان تجهيزات پزشكي و آزمايشگاهي نيز در جهت رسيدن به شاخص‌هاي نهايي پژوهش به آن‌ها اضافه گشت. سپس در جهت برقراري تعاملات شاخصه‌هاي درگير در تصميم‌گيري و شبيه‌سازي مكانيسم فازي تفكر انساني، رويكرد پرامتي 2 با منطق فازي تركيب گشت و با استفاده از آن به اولويت‌بندي شركت‌هاي تأمين‌كننده‌ي تجهيزات آزمايشگاهي پرداخته شد. يا استفاده از نتايج اولويت‌بندي به‌دست‌آمده در اين پژوهش، كارشناسان و متخصصان آزمايشگاه تشخيص طبي، مي‌توانند تصميم بهتري را در جهت انتخاب تأمين‌كنندگان خود اتخاذ نمايند كه همين امر موجب بهبود عملكرد ارائه‌ي خدمات سلامت خواهد شد.
چكيده لاتين :
Evaluating suppliers is one of the most important activities in supply chain management. In this context, it is desirable that evaluating a supplier should be integrated by evaluating the whole chain. In this research, those performance attributes of the SCOR model which can be applied in evaluating the performance of medical laboratory suppliers were derived and then by asking the experts and the reviews which have been taken, the dimensions and performance attributes which are particular for evaluating medical laboratory suppliers have been added to them in order to reach the final attributes of the research. Afterwards, in order to establish the interactions between the attributes and simulation of the human’s fuzzy thinking mechanism, the PROMETHEE II method has been combined with fuzzy logic and by means of it the prioritization of the suppliers had been done. By using the results of this research, the experts of the medical laboratories can reach a better decision in selecting the best suppliers in which by doing this, the healthcare services provision would be improved
