بررسي نقش تربيت معلم در تحقق اقتصاد مقاومتي

هدف از اين مقاله بررسي نقش دانشگاه فرهنگيان در تحقق اهداف اقتصاد مقاومتي است،روش اين پژوهش توصيفي از نوع مروري است كه به شيوه ي كتابخانه اي وبا استفاده از منابع پيشين ومقالات گرد اوري شده است. با شدت گرفتن تحريم هاي غرب، عليه جمهوري اسلامي ايران در سال هاي اخير، عبارت «اقتصاد مقاومتي»در ادبيات اقتصادي كشور مطرح شد.اقتصاد مقاومتي به مفهوم توانايي جوامع در انطباق پذيري براي مواجه با تكانه هاست،اقتصاد مقاومتي در مسير پيشرفت همواره با موانعي مواجه است برخي از اين موانع دروني بوده وريشه آن ها به اجتماع بر مي گردد و برخي بيروني هستند و از خارج سرچشمه مي گيرند. براي آنكه كشوري قادر باشد در رويارويي با تنش هاي ناشي از تحولات خارجي، خود را در جريان تطبيق سريع قرار دهد، بايد كارايي تطبيقي يا انعطاف پذيري ساختار نهادي آن بهبود يابد . آموزش وپرورش ودانشگاه فرهنگيان، نهاد هايي هستند كه به دليل جايگاه ويژه الزامات ارزشي، فرهنگي و ويژگي هاي خاص هر كشور در پياده سازي مجموعه سياست هاي اقتصاد مقاومتي، مي توانند نقش كليدي به عهده بگيرند. بر اساس سياست هاي كلي اقتصاد مقاومتي ابلاغ شده، وزارت آموزش وپرورش مي تواند از طريق دانشگاه فرهنگيان نقشه راه را براي پياده سازي سياست هاي يادشده تدوين نمايد و آنها را بكار گيرد. بنابراين تربيت معلم به عنوان يكي از مهم ترين دستگاه هاي فرهنگي ومولد نيروي انساني، بيش از گذشته مباني ومحورهاي اقتصاد مقاومتي را بايد در دستور كار خود قرار بدهد وبا آموزش مفاهيم پايه واساسي اقتصاد به معلمان درجهت استحكام ومقاومت اقتصاد اسلامي بكوشد.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the role of teacher training in realizing the objectives of the resistive economy. Method of this research descriptive is a kind of review which is in library way and using previous source and articles are being compiled. With the intensification of western sanctions, against the Islamic republic of iran in recent years, resistive economy in the economic literature of the country was raised. resistive economy in the sense of the ability of societies in adaptability to face impulses. resistive economy in the path of progress is always faced with barriers some of the barriers were internal and their roots go back to the community and some are externally . For a country to be able to be in face with tension caused by external developments, put yourself in quick match, must improve the adaptive performance and flexibility of the institutional structure . education and teacher training are the institution that are due to the special status cultural value requirements and specific features of each country in implementing a set resistive economy policies , can play a key role. Based on the general policies of resistive economy, ministry of education can go through teacher training codify a roadmap for implementation of the policies and apply them. therefore, teacher training as one of the most important cultural institutions andactive manpower, more than last the foundation and pillars of the resistive economy should be put into their agenda and by teaching the basic concepts of economic to teacher try to in the direction of the streng and Islamic economy .
