Urban management and its impact on how to attract tourists and sustainable sources of income (Case study: Rasht Municipality)

مهمترين دغدغه مديران شهري دست يابي به توسعه ي پايدار با استعانت از وصول درآمدهاي مستمر ميباشد. درآمدهاي حاصله در شهرداريهاي كشور عمدتاً از منابع ناپايدار اعم از وصول عوارض ناشي از ساخت و ساز و يا جرائم تخلفات ساختماني بوده كه با شرايط ركود اقتصادي و تورم حاكم بر جامعه ،شهرداري ها را دچار تزلزل نموده است .در اين مقاله با تكيه بر بررسي پتانسيلهاي درآمد زايي در شهرداري به روابط موجود ميان مديريت مؤثر و جذب منابع درآمدي شهرداريها و ارتباط آن با مفهوم توسعه پايدار شهري با نگاهي بر برنامه ريزيهاي مديريت شهري در شهرداري رشت به منظور ارتقاي سطح شهرنشيني ،ايجاد اشتغال و جذب منابع درآمدي پايدار پرداخته شده است.
