ارزيابي تامين‌كنندگان زنجيره تامين سبز با دو روش الكترهIII فازي و تاپسيس فازي (مطالعه موردي: توليد كنندگان فولاد در ايران)

پژوهش حاضر ارزيابي و انتخاب تامين كنندگان در زنجيره تامين سبز كارخانجات فولاد ايران را بر اساس معيارهاي چندگانه مورد ملاحظه قرار مي دهد. بدين منظور در مرحله اول با تشكيل گروه خبرگان، معيارهاي انتخاب تامين كنندگان شناسايي شده و در مرحله دوم پرسشنامه اي مبني بر معيارهاي مورد تاييد ، براي ارزيابي تامين كنندگان تهيه گرديده و در اختيار مديران ارشد(خبرگان) قرار داده شد. نتايج حاصله با استفاده از تكنيك تاپسيس و الكترهIII در محيط فازي رتبه بندي گرديدند. نتايج به دست آمده از اين تحقيق در اختيار صنايع فولاد در ايران قرار داده شد تا بتوانند در انتخاب تامين كنندگان خود مطابق با ملاحظات زيست محيطي عمل كنند و در نتيجه ميزان آلودگي هاي زيست محيطي ناشي از استفاده مواد خام در حين توليد را به حد اقل كاهش دهند. قابل ذكر است كه اوزان معيارها به طور مستقيم توسط تصميم گيرندگان تعيين شده اند و با توجه به ماهيت عدم اطمينان در ارزيابي تامين كنندگان از قابليت هاي منطق فازي در تعيين ماتريس عملكرد بهره برداري شده است.

The present study considers the evaluation and selection of suppliers in the green supply chain of Irans steel factories based on multiple criteria. For this purpose in the first stage a group of experts has been identified selection criteria for suppliers have been identified and in the second stage a questionnaire on approved criteria has been prepared for the evaluation of suppliers and made available to senior managers.The results were ranked by using the Topsis and Electric III technique in the fuzzy environment. The results of this research were provided to the steel industry in Iran in order to act in accordance with environmental considerations in their suppliers selection and as a result reduce the environmental pollution caused by the use of raw materials during production to a minimum. It should be noted that weights of criteria are directly determined by decision makers and due to the nature of uncertainty in the evaluation of suppliers fuzzy logic capabilities are utilized in determining the performance matrix.
