تعيين برازش الگوي مناسب اجراي استراتژي درشركت هاي آب و فاضلاب با استفاده از تكنيك حداقل مربعات جزيي PLS Smart (مورد مطالعه ؛ شركت آب و فاضلاب استان تهران)

Determine the suitability of Strategy Implementation model in water and wastewater companies using the technique of partial least squares Smart PLS (Case Study: Tehran Province Water and Wastewater Company)

اين تحقيق به تحليل نقش همسوسازي عناصر سازماني وتدوين برنامه عملياتي به عنوان متغيرهاي اصلي اثر گذار بر اجراي استراتژي مي پردازد . اين تحقيق براساس نتيجه، توسعه‌اي بر اساس هدف، تبييني توصيفي بر اساس نوع داده كمي است واستراتژي تحقيق پيمايش،مدل سازي معادلات ساختاري حداقل مربعات جزيي است. نتايج بدست آمده از پيمايش Smart PLS نشان داد ازآنجائيكه مقادير ضرائب معناداري t در تمامي سازه ها بالاتر از 1.96 و حتي بالاتر از 2.58 مي باشند بنابراين در سطح معناداري 0.01 و با اطمينان 99% مي توان صحت رابطه تمامي سازه هاي مدل اجراي استراتژي شركت آب و فاضلاب را تائيد كرد . مقادير R Square بدست آمده نشان داد كه سازه هاي مكنون همسوسازي با 0.671 و عوامل كاركردي با 0.814 از برازش مدل ساختاري قوي و سازه هاي مكنون تدوين برنامه عملياتي با 0.592 عوامل ساختاري رفتاري با 0.633 از برازش متوسط بالا و سازه تناسب عوامل محيطي با 0.352 از برازش متوسط برخوردار است و لذا مي توان نتيجه گرفت كه سازه هاي فوق از برازش مدل ساختاري مناسب و بسيارخوبي برخوردار هستند.همچنين مدل مذكوربا توجه بهGOF بدست آمده61/0 از برازش مدل كلي قوي برخوردار است و بدين صورت به عنوان مدل مناسب اجراي استراتژي شركت آب و فاضلاب استان تهران تائيد گرديد .

Various studies show that many of the strategies were formulated have not been implemented or lack of a model and comprehensive view to implementing the strategy the uselessness of them. Hence need to infrastructure for the transition of the strategy formulation phase to the operation phase that in fact this research is looking to identify the pattern that is intermediary between developed strategies of organization or business and operations. Therefore This study aims to provide a model to explain the process of implementation of the strategy has been designed and for this purpose deals to analyze the role of aligning organizational elements and operational plan as the main variables that affect the execution of strategy. This research is based on the result developmental based on objective descriptive explanatory based on the type of data quantitative .The strategy of the research on the quantitative method is Surveys the Structural Modeling Equation (Partial Least Squares). The results of the survey Smart PLS indicates that Since the t values are higher than 1.96 in all structures and even higher than 2.58 So at a significance level of 0.01 with 99% can be confirmed to the accuracy relationship between all the model constructs of strategy implementation water and sewage company. R Squares values showed that the structures latent alignment with 0.671 and functional elements 0.814 have strong structural model fitness and structures latent operational programs with 0.592, behavioral structural factors with .633 have high average fitness and proportionality environmental factors with .352 has average fitness, therefore it can be concluded that these structures have a very good and proper structural model fitness. Also according to the GOF 0.61 model derived from the grounded theory to have strong overall fitness and thus as an appropriate model for implementation of the strategy Tehran Province Water and Wastewater Company was confirmed.
