Impact of New Technology Training of Technical Staff on Quality of Automotive Parts Production SAIPA Automotive Group – A Case Study

توسعه توانمندي هاي تكنولوژيكي از روش هاي موثر در ارتقاء بهره وري و عملكرد كيفي نيروي كار است. در جهان صنعتي مسئله رقابت جهت فروش محصولات توليدي امري مهم و تعيين كننده براي ادامه حيات صنايع آن كشور محسوب مي شود و صنعتي قابل استمرار است و اين مهم ميسر نيست مگر با بالا بردن كيفيت محصولات توليدي. براي رشد كيفيت محصولات توليدي بايستي به عوامل موثر در كيفيت محصولات توليدي به موازات كنترل كيفيت اهميت داده شود. از جمله اين عوامل مي توان به كيفيت مواد اوليه فرايند توليد ناكارآمدي نيروي انساني و غيره اشاره نمود. بعنوان يكي راهبردهاي مطلوب توسعه منابع انساني مي توان از روشهاي آموزش فناوري نوين نيروي انساني كه مناسب ترين و موثرترين راه بهره وري بهينه نام برد. هدف از انجام اين تحقيق ارائه راهكار جهت ارتقاي كيفيت توليد قطعات خودرو بوسيله آموزش فناوري هاي نوين به كاركنان فني مي باشد. اين تحقيق از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر روش توصيفي پيمايشي مي ‌باشد. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق شامل 700 نفر از كاركنان صنايع توليدي فعال در توليد قطعات يدكي خودرو شركت سايپا تهران مي باشد كه مطابق با جدول مورگان حجم نمونه با توجه به جامعه آماري ياد شده 196 نفر است. داده هاي تحقيق با استفاده از پرسشنامه جمع آوري و با استفاده ازنرم افزار PLS مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفته است. براي سنجش گويه هاي اين تحقيق از مقياس 5 گزينه اي ليكرت كه يكي از رايج ترين مقياس هاي اندازه گيري نگرش است استفاده گرديده است . براي سنجش روايي اندازه گيري متغيرها به روايي محتوايي توجه شده است. بدين صورت كه جهت تست روايي محتوايي از نظر خبرگان استفاده شده است. نتايج تحقيق تاثير مثبت و معني دار آموزش هاي فناوري نوين بر كيفيت توليد محصول نهايي كاركنان فني شركت سايپا را تاييد مي نمايد.

The development of technological capabilities is an effective way to improve the productivity and quality performance of workforce. In the industrialized world the issue of competition for the sale of manufactured products is an important and decisive factor for the survival of industries of the country and the industry can be sustained and developed that can compete with its domestic and foreign counterparts and this is not feasible except by raising the quality of manufactured products. To improve the quality of manufactured products it is important to consider the factors affecting the quality of manufactured products important alongside quality control. Some of these factors include the quality of raw materials the production process the inefficiency of manpower etc. One of the most desirable strategies for human resource development is new methods of training human resources that are the most effective ways of optimal efficiency. The purpose of this research is to provide a solution to improve the quality of production of vehicle parts by teaching modern technology to technical staff. This research is an applied research in terms of the purpose and is a descriptive survey research in terms of method. The statistical population of this research consists of 700 employees of production industries producing vehicle spare parts of Saipa Company in Tehran. According to the Morgan table the sample size according to the statistical population is 196 people. The research data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using PLS software. The five-point Likert scale that is one of the most common measurement scales has been used to measure the items of this research. To measure the validity of variables measurement content validity has been considered. The opinions of experts were used to test content validity. The results of the research confirm the positive and significant effect of modern technology training on the quality of the final production of Saipa Company technical staff.
