بررسي رابطه سرمايه روان شناختي با توسعه حرفه اي اساتيد دانشگاه فرهنگيان خراسان جنوبي

Investigating the Relationship between Psychological Capital and Professional Development of Professors of Farhangian University of South Khorasan

سرمايه، يك منبع كلي است كه اجتماع افراد و گروه‌هاي اجتماعي و نهايتاً كل جامعه از آن استفاده مي‌كنند تا هدف هاي خود را تحقق بخشند. يعني ابزارهايي كه فرد، گروه، نهاد يا جامعه‌اي براي رسيدن به هدف هايش از آن‌ها استفاده مي‌كند، سرمايه ناميده مي‌شود[1]. در اين تحقيق، نقش سرمايه روانشناختي بر توسعه حرفه اي اساتيد دانشگاه فرهنگيان خراسان جنوبي مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. هدف اين پژوهش، كاوش فرايند توسعة حرفه اي اساتيد در دانشگاه فرهنگيان خراسان جنوبي و توجه به ابعاد مختلف آن از ديد اساتيد شركت كننده بود تا از اين طريق نظريه داده بنياد پيرامون توسعه حرفه اي اساتيد در دانشگاه فرهنگيان تدوين گردد. در اين مطالعه توصيفي همبستگي، ابزار گردآوري داده ها پرسشنامه بود كه روايي و پايايي آن نيز سنجيده شده است. جامعه آماري تحقيق شامل كليه اساتيد دانشگاه هاي فرهنگيان خراسان جنوبي ، شامل اساتيد سه مركز دانشگاه فرهنگيان پرديس شهيد باهنر بيرجند (پسران)، پرديس امام سجاد (ع) بيرجند (دختران) و مركز آموزش عالي بنت الهدي صدر فردوس (دختران) بودند. جامعه آماري ما 89 نفر بوده كه به روش نمونه گيري و براساس جدول كرجسي مورگان از اين ميان 73 نفر برآورد شده كه از اين تعداد 76 نفر در اين پژوهش شركت كرده اند.داده هاي به دست آمده با استفاده از روش هاي آماري ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و تحليل رگرسيون همزمان تجزيه و تحليل شده اند و كليه مراحل توسط نرم افزار SPSS محاسبه گرديد. نتايج حاصله حاكي از آن است كه تنها سرمايه روانشناختي وارد معادله گرديده كه اين متغيرتوانست حدود 25% توسعه حرفهاي در افراد مورد مطالعه را تبيين كند. همچنين بين سرمايه روانشناختي با توسعه حرفهاي در افراد مورد مطالعه رابطه مثبت و معنيداري وجود دارد (001/0p ).

Capital is a general source of the community of individuals and social groups, and ultimately the entire society, to realize their goals. That is, capital is called capital [1], which is used by individuals, groups, entities or societies to achieve their goals.In this research, the role of psychological capital on the professional development of professors of Farhangian University of South Khorasan was studied. The purpose of this study was to explore the process of professional development of professors at Farhangian University of South Khorasan and its various dimensions from the viewpoint of the faculty members in order to formulate the data theory of the professional development of professors at Farhangian University. In this descriptive-correlational study, a collection tool The data was a questionnaire whose validity and reliability were also measured.The statistical population of the study consisted of all professors of cultural colleges in South Khorasan, including professors of three centers of the Farhangian University of Shahid Bahonar campus of Birjand (boys), Imam Sajjad (AS) campus in Birjand (girls), and Bennet Alhadi Sadr Paradis (girls). The statistical population of our study was 89 people. Based on Morgan table, 73 of them were selected. Of these, 76 people participated in this study. The data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient And simultaneous regression analysis were analyzed and all stages were calculated by SPSS software.The results indicate that only the psychological capital enters into the equation that this variable could explain about 25% of professional development in the subjects studied. Also, there is a positive and significant relationship between psychological capital and professional development in the subjects (p 0.001).
