بررسي تاثير مداخلات ارگونوميكي در بهبود زمان استاندارد فرايند توليد در صنعت خودروسازي (مطالعه موردي: شركت سايپا)

The study of the effect of ergonomic interventions on improving the standard production time in the automotive industry (Case study: Saipa Company)

با تشكيل كارگروه هاي ارگونومي در خطوط مختلف توليدي و مطالعه‌ي پست هاي كاري و نحوه فعاليت هر اپراتور توليد، نحوه پياده سازي آن در ايستگاه هاي توليدي- مطالعه موردي- سالن مونتاژ1، فاكتورهاي موثر در ضريب عملكرد وستينگهاوس مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفت. در اين تحقيق اطلاعات مورد نياز براي محاسبه هر يك از عوامل موثر در ضريب عملكرد وستينگهاوس براي سالن مونتاژ1 در 10 نوبت از شيفت هاي كاري خرداد ماه سال 95 ثبت شدند و با ضرايب عملكرد وستينگهاوس 2 سال قبل از تاريخ مذكور (خرداد ماه سال 93) مورد مقايسه قرار داده شدند. با توجه به اينكه از توزيع جامعه آماري اطلاعاتي در دسترس نبود، لذا به منظور استنباط درباره اثر اجراي مداخلات ارگونومي بر روي فاكتور هاي ضريب عملكرد بر مبناي مشاهدات، از آزمون ناپارامتري رتبه علامت دار ويلكاكسن استفاده شده است. در اين تحقيق تاثير مداخلات ارگونومي در بهبود زمان استاندارد فرايند توليد در شركت سايپا مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است و نتايج آن حاكي از اثربخشي مداخلات ارگونومي نه تنها بر حفظ و سيانت نيروي انساني از بروز بيماري هاي شغلي، بلكه بر روي كاهش زمان استاندارد توليد بوده است.

By establishing ergonomic teamwork in different production lines and studying the work stations and the mode of operating of each production operator in SAIPA automobile manufacturing company -case study-assembly hall-1, Effective factors in Westinghouse coefficient of performance were evaluated. In this research, the information needed to calculate each of the effective factors in the Westinghouse performance coefficient for the assembly hall was recorded in 10 times of work shifts of June 2015, and with the Westinghouse performance coefficients of 2 years before the mentioned date June 2013, were compared. Due to the lack of information of Distribution of statistical society, a non-parametric WILCOXON rank rating was used to infer about the effect of the implementation of ergonomic interventions on performance factors based on observations. In this research, the effect of ergonomic interventions on improving the standard production time of SAIPA Company has been studied, its results indicate the effectiveness of ergonomic interventions not only on the preservation and integration of human resources from occupational diseases is, but also is effective on improving (reducing) the standard production time.
