In this talk some new versions of the Ekeland variational principle (denoted by EVP) on the quasi-metric spaces are given, moreover some propositions and examples are obtained to explain the sharpness of conditions. Furthermore, we show that one of our EVP versions is equivalent to completeness of the space and the Takahashi Minimal theorem.
