One of interesting extensions of Banach’s contraction principle to mappings that don’t to be continuous, is Zamfirescu’s fixed point theorem that is a generalization of Kannan’s and Chaterjea’s theorems, too. The main aim of this paper is to obtain extensions of this theorem in the cyclical form, in complete metric and Banach spaces. Presented results extend and improve some recent results in the literature.
چكيده لاتين :
One of interesting extensions of Banach’s contraction principle to mappings that don’t to be continuous, is Zamfirescu’s fixed point theorem that is a generalization of Kannan’s and Chaterjea’s theorems, too. The main aim of this paper is to obtain extensions of this theorem in the cyclical form, in complete metric and Banach spaces. Presented results extend and improve some recent results in the literature.
