In the new environment of the restructuring electricity market, Ancillary services (AS) play an important role, which to maintain system reliability and effect on commercial exchange are needed. From another perspective, optimal distribution power system is one of the classic problems. The purpose of power optimal distribution Addition to providing the required network power is minimizing the active power generation cost with the optimal allocation of contribution any power plant. Contingency reserve as one of the new ancillary services, to avoid any cross imbalance has occurred by a lack of power generators or transmission lines could be used. Several methods for analyzing this problem have stated that each of these methods has certain limitations. Among the various methods proposed, Methods based on evolutionary algorithms have been more success. In proposed model, contingency reserve capacity increased and with a joint flexible Dispatch method has been studied. Impact on the reserve on amounts payable analyzed. Also for performing real and Optimal Economic Dispatch, In addition to system operating constraints, spinning reserve, effect and rate of transmission losses to optimization process is applied.
