آينده نگاريِ شهرهاي ايراني- اسلامي

Perspectives of Iranian-Islamic Cities

امروزه سرعت بالاي تغييرات و دگرگوني‌ها در پديده‌هاي علمي، اجتماعي و فرهنگي به گونه‌اي است كه كلان¬شهرها را با مشكل مواجه كرده است. مديران شهري در گذشته با بكارگيري برنامه‌ريزي سنتي و برنامه‌ريزي راهبردي، مي‌كوشيدند دگرگوني‌ها را به نفع شهر مهار كنند؛ اما اكنون محيط پرتلاطم و نامطمئن، ناكامي برنامه‌ها را رقم مي‌زند. يكي از دانش‌هاي جديد، و مفيد براي هدايت كلان¬شهرها به كارگيري تكنيك، «آينده‌نگاري» است. در آينده‌نگاري، مديران و برنامه¬ريزان با تحليل رويدادها و به كارگيري خلاقيت و نبوغ، به تصوري از آينده دست مي¬يابند. اين آگاهي به صورت آيندة محتمل، آيندة ممكن، و آيندة مطلوب مي‌تواند دريچه‌اي از آينده، پيش‌روي مديران بگشايد تا آنان با شكل‌دادن سناريوها و طرح‌هاي متعدد، به آينده مطلوب دست يابند. باتوجه به پيشينه و قدمت بالاي شهرهاي كشورمان و برخورداري آنان از فرهنگ و تمدن ايراني اسلامي از يك سو و جامعيت و برتري دين مبين اسلام درهدايت بشريت از سوي ديگر يك تصور از آينده مطلوب براي كلان¬شهرهاي كشور بازگشت به الگوي ايراني اسلامي مي-تواند باشد. بنابراين در مطالعه حاضر با بهره¬گيري از روش دلفي در تلاش خواهيم بود تا آن دسته از عوامل كه دستيابي به اين آينده مطلوب را فراهم مي¬سازند شناسايي كنيم و الگويي از شهر ايراني اسلامي ارائه نماييم. به عبارت ديگر درصدد شناخت ويژگي¬هاي شهر ايراني اسلامي كه آينده¬ايي مطلوب براي شهرهايمان خواهد بود مي¬باشيم.

Today, the pace of change and change in the scientific, social and cultural phenomena is such that it has encountered metropolitan cities. In the past, urban planners, using traditional planning and strategic planning, tried to control change in favor of the city, but now the turbulent and uncertain environment is the failure of the programs. One of the new and useful new sciences for guiding metropolitan cities is the use of technology, futurism . In futurism, managers and planners will be able to imagine the future by analyzing events and applying creativity and ingenuity. This awareness as a probable future, a possible future, and a desirable outcome can open the door to the future of managers so that they can achieve a desirable future by designing multiple scenarios and plans. Considering the history and history of the cities of our country and their enjoyment of Iranian culture and civilization on the one hand, and the comprehensiveness and superiority of the Islamic faith in the humanity, on the other hand, one can imagine a desirable future for the macro-cities of the country to return to the Iranian model of Islam. Be Therefore, in the present study, using the Delphi method, we will try to identify the factors that provide this desirable future and provide a model for the Islamic city of Islam. In other words, we seek to understand the characteristics of the Iranian city of Islam, which will be a good future for our cities.
