بررسي ميزان استفاده از ارزش هاي اجتماعي،فرهنگي و هويت ساز در ساخت و ساز جديد شهر كاشان

A Study on the Use of Social, Cultural and Identity Values in the New Construction of Kashan City

فرهنگ و روابط اجتماعي رايج در يك جامعه، معماري آن جامعه را متاثر مي سازد، به بيان ديگر مي توان گفت ارزشهاي اجتماعي و فرهنگي هر جامعه در معماري آن جامعه مستتر است و فارغ از مباحث محيطي در ساخت وساز معماري اثر مطلوب داشته و آن را براي بسترش خاصتر ميكند. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي ميزان استفاده از ارزش هاي اجتماعي،فرهنگي و هويت ساز در ساخت و ساز جديد شهر كاشان مي باشد . پژوهش حاضر از نوع كاربردي است. روش تحقيق ازنوع توصيفي- تحليلي است. جامعه آماري مورد پژوهش شامل كليه مسئولين، كارشناسان و اساتيد مربوطه شهر كاشان به تعداد1687 نفر مي باشند. تعداد حجم نمونه برابر با 313 نفر در نظر گرفته شده اند براي تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات آماري و براي تشريح نتايج پرسش نامه، از نرم افزار SPSS و آزمون كواموگروف-اسميرنف و تي تك نمونه اي استفاده شد. نتايج بيانگر آن است كه در ساخت و سازهاي جديد در شهر كاشان به طور كلي مولفه هاي اجتماعي و هويت ساز از سوي دست اندركاران به خوبي مورد توجه قرار نگرفته است و به آن توجه نشده است. اين امر همانند بسياري از شهرهاي ديگر كشور كه به ساخت و ساز بي رويه اقدام شد است و ارزش هاي اجتماع و هويت ساز و حتي فرهنگي دخيل كه از گذشته هاي دور و به عنوان ميراث گرانبها به ارمغان رسيده است، مورد توجه قرار نگرفته است و چشم انداز شهرها را دچار ناهمگوني و نابهنجار تبديل كرده است. بر اين اساس در شهر كاشان نيز به مولفه ها و ارزش هاي اجتماعي و هويت ساز توجه نشده است و تا حدود ضعيفي به ارزش هاي فرهنگي توجه شده است كه البته بايد در اين زمينه نيز اقدامات بيشتري صورت گيرد.

The results indicate that in the new construction in Kashan, the social components and identity of the stakeholders have not been well considered and not paid attention. This has not been taken into account, as in many other cities of the country, which has been subjected to indiscriminate construction, and the values of the community, identity, and even cultural involvement that have come from a distant past and as a precious heritage have not been taken into account.
