چكيده فارسي :
معلوليت به مثابه پديده¬اي زيستي و اجتماعي، واقعيتي است كه تمام جوامع، اعم از كشورهاي صنعتي و غيرصنعتي با آن مواجه هستند. ارزيابي فضاهاي عمومي با توجه به نيازهاي معلولان و جانبازان و برنامه¬ريزي براي آن يكي از ضروريات هر جامعه، بخصوص جامعه است كه بعد از جنگ تحميلي با جمع كثيري از جانبازان و معلولان مواجه شده است. مناسب¬سازي فضاهاي شهري براي معلولان جسمي، از جمله رويكردهاي عدالت محور در برنامه¬ريزي و مديريت¬شهري محسوب مي¬شود. با اين وجود بسياري از عرصه هاي عمومي شهري همچون معابر، پارك¬ها و مراكز شهري در اغلب شهرهاي ايران نظير كرمان با معضل نامناسب بودن فضا براي استفاده معلولان و عابرين پياده مواجه¬اند. دراين مقاله به تعيين ميزان رضايت¬مندي معلولين از عملكرد 5 پارك در سطح شهر كرمان پرداخته شده است، اين تحقيق كاربردي و روش تحقيق نيز توصيفي- تحليلي است. جهت جمع آوري داده نيز از روشهاي پيمايشي و اسنادي استفاده شده است. جهت گردآوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه¬اي تنطيم و 100 نفر از افراد معلول به آن پاسخ داده¬اند همچنين، از نرم افزار SPSS جهت تجزيه و تحليل و با استفاده ازمدل آنتروپي شانون داده¬ها وزن¬دهي و از تكنيك VIKOR پارك¬ها رتبه¬بندي شده است. براساس نتايجي كه از پرسشنامه و تحليل با نرم افزار SPSS و تكنيك VIKORبدست آمده است رتبه بندي پارك¬ها براساس درصد رضايت¬مندي جامعه نمونه به ترتيب پارك مادر رتبه اول ، پارك شورا رتبه دوم، پارك پرديسان قائم رتبه سوم، پارك مطهري رتبه چهارم، پارك جنگلي رتبه آخر را كسب كرده¬اند. با اين وجود، هيچ كدام از پارك هاي مورد مطالعه رضايت-مندي معلولين را به همراه نداشته¬اند.

Disability as a biological and social phenomenon is a fact that faces all societies, including industrial and non-industrial countries. Assessing public spaces with regard to the needs of the disabled and veterans and planning for it is one of the requirements of every society, especially society, which faced a large number of veterans and disabled after the imposed war. The application of urban spaces to physical disabilities is considered as a justice-centered approach to urban planning and management. However, many urban public areas such as passages, parks and urban centers in most cities of Iran, such as Kerman, are faced with the inappropriate use of space for the use of disabled people and pedestrians. In this article, the satisfaction of disabled people from the performance of 5 parks in Kerman city has been studied. This research is applied and the research method is descriptive-analytical. For data collection, surveying and documentary methods have also been used. To collect data, a standardized questionnaire and 100 disabled people responded. SPSS software was used to analyze and using the Shannon entropy model, the data were weighed and the VIKOR technique of parks was ranked Is included. Based on the results of the questionnaire and analysis by SPSS software and VIKOR technique, the ranking of the parks was based on the satisfaction rate of the sample population, respectively, the first park, Shura Park, second place, Pardisan Park Ghaem, Motahari Park, 4th rank The park has won the last rank. Nevertheless, none of the parks covered have been satisfied with the disability.
