ارزيابي معابر شهرتالش از ديدگاه پتانسيل پياده مداري با روش تحليل شبكه و منطق فازي

Estimation of the city s pedestrian paths from the perspective of pedestrian potential with network analysis and fuzzy logic

پياده راه سازي كاهش پيامدهاي زيان بار خودرو محوري، افزايش ايمني افراد پياده و بهبود محيط شهري را به ارمغان مي آورد. هدف اين تحقيق، بررسي شاخصهاي مكاني مناسب جهت ارزيابي معابر از منظر پتانسيل پياده روي در شهر تالش بوده است. شاخص هاي انتخابي، فاصله از مراكز آموزشي، اختلاط كاربري، فاصله از مراكز حمل و نقل، فاصله از پاركينگ، معيار سبزينگي، تراكم جمعيت، تراكم تقاطع معابر و تراكم طول معابر بوده است. براي مقايسه ي زوجي شاخص ها در مدل ANP، از افراد كارشناس و متخصص، نظرسنجي صورت پذيرفت. وزن نهايي معيارها پس از نرمالسازي براي معيار فاصله از مراكز آموزشي، اختلاط كاربري، فاصله از مراكز حمل و نقل، فاصله از پاركينگ، معيار سبزينگي، تراكم جمعيت، تراكم تقاطع معابر و تراكم طول معابر به ترتيب، 0.064، 0.15، 0.119، 0.118، 0.19، 0.068، 0.10، 0.089 و 0.085 به دست آمد. در نهايت معيارها با استفاده از AND، OR، GAMA و ANP همپوشاني شدند. با بررسي ميداني كليه نقشه هاي پهنه بندي مشخص شد مدل ANP، به شيوه بهتري محلات و خيابان هاي مناسب جهت پياده راه سازي را نمايش داده و محلات بيمارستان، ناله تربه، كردمحله، دكترطاهري، شهرك مخابرات و ترشابر به عنوان محلات نيازمند پياده را مناسب تشخيص داده شدند.

Road construction reducing vehicle-driven losses, increasing the safety of pedestrians and improving the urban environment. The purpose of this study was to investigate the appropriate spatial indices for assessing the passage from the perspective of walking potential in Talesh city. Selection indicators, distance from educational centers, user mixing, distance from transportation centers, distance from parking, vegetation criterion, population density, cross-section density, and road length congestion. A sample of experts and experts was conducted to compare paired indicators in the ANP model. The final weight of the criteria after normalization for the criterion of distance from educational centers, the mixing distance, the distance from the transportation centers, the distance from the parking, the vegetation criterion, the population density, the intersection density of the passageways and the length of the passage density were 0.064, 0.15, 0.119, 0.118 , 0.19, 0.068, 0.10, 0.089 and 0.085, respectively. Finally, the criteria were overlapped using AND, OR, GAMA, and ANP. By reviewing all the mapping maps, the ANP model displayed the best ways to walk around roads and roads and hospital neighborhoods, Nale-torbe, Kordmahale, Dr Taheri, Telecommunication Township and Torshabar, were recognized as suitable for pedestrians.
