Future Studies on Sustainable Development of Kish Island Tourism

در جهان معاصر، سه چالش كليدي وجود دارد كه ضرورت درك آينده و برنامه ريزي براي آن را آشكار مي كند، اين سه چالش عبارتند از: مديريت و عدم قطعيت، موضوعات توسعه پايدار و مباحث بازنگري مردم سالاري و مشاركت مردم. هدف اين پژوهش، شناسايي سناريوهاي تاثير گذار بر مديريت، مشاركت مردمي و توسعه پايدار گردشگري است. روش تحقيق توصيفي‌ ـ تحليلي و تحقيق از نظر هدف، كاربردي مي‌باشد كه با استفاده از مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي و مطالعات ميداني حاصل از مصاحبه و پرسشنامه ( در دو مرحله به روش دلفي) انجام گرفته‌ است. حجم نمونه ‌اين تحقيق 54 نفر از مسئولين و كارشناسان گردشگري، برنامه‌ريزي شهري و توسعه و عمران سازمان منطقه آزاد كيش و اساتيد و متخصصين ساير رشته‌هاي مرتبط با حوزه شهري و گردشگري را شامل مي‌شود. براي تعيين پيشرانهاي توسعه و عوامل كليدي، ابتدا ۴۵ مورد از شاخص هايي كه بالاي ۶۰ درصد عدم قطعيت را نشان مي دادند، انتخاب شدند و سپس با تشكيل پنل كارشناسان ۳۰ مورد به عنوان عوامل تاثيرگذار شناسايي شدند. براي تحليل داده ها از روش تحليل اثرات متقابل در نرم افزار ميك مك استفاده شد. نتايج تحقيق نشاندهنده وضعيت ناپايداري متغيرها در سيستم مي باشد و بعد از مشخص شدن عوامل تاثيرگذار، دو وجهي، مستقل و تاثير پذير، سه سناريو براي وضعيت توسعه پايدار جزيره كيش، براساس عوامل تاثيرپذير شامل مديريت كارآمد در گردشگري، مشاركت مردمي و اشتغال زايي و درآمدزايي نوشته شد.

In the contemporary world, there are three key challenges that reveal the need for future understanding and planning, the three challenges are: management and uncertainty, sustainable development issues, and issues of democratic scrutiny and people s participation. The purpose of this study is to identify scenarios that affect management, popular participation and sustainable development of tourism. The research method is descriptive-analytical and research is applied in terms of purpose, using library studies and field studies from interviews and questionnaires (in two steps by Delphi method). The sample size of this research includes 54 officials and experts in tourism, urban planning and development of Kish Free Zone Organization, and professors and experts of other fields related to urban and tourism. In order to determine the drivers of development and key factors, 45 of the indicators that represented more than 60% of uncertainty were first selected and then, by forming a panel of experts, 30 cases were identified as effective factors. To analyze the data, the cross-effect analysis method was used in Mick-Mac software. The results of the research indicate the unstable variables in the system. After identifying two-way, independent and influential factors, three scenarios for the sustainable development status of Kish Island are based on effective factors including effective management of tourism, popular participation and job creation, and Income was written.
