Setting human relationships, the essence of the Islamic city

هرچند طي دهه هاي گذشته در ايران، توجه گسترده اي به مقوله شهر اسلامي معطوف گرديده و تلاش زيادي در زمينه نظريه پردازي و تحقق شهر اسلامي به عمل آمده اما شواهد نشان ميدهد كه در عمل نتيجه مشخص و قابل توجهي بدست نيامده و در نحوه برنامه ريزي شهري و شيوه شهرسازي در ايران در ساليان گذشته ، تغييري در اين جهت، حاصل نشده است. به نظر ميرسد، يكي از دلايل اصلي عدم توفيق انديشه اسلامي، براي حضور در عرصه شهرسازي و برنامه ريزي شهري، محدود و محصور ديدن شهر اسلامي، در كالبد و ساختار پيشين و ارجحيت دادن ظرف برمظروف و مجهول و مغفول ماندن حقيقت و ماهيت اصلي شهر اسلامي است.از اين رو در مقاله حاضر كه به روش توصيفي و تحليلي انجام شده ابتدا عنصر اصلي شكل دهنده شهر(روابط انساني) مورد بحث و بررسي قرار گرفته و پس از آن به شناخت ديدگاه شريعت اسلام، نسبت به روابط انساني و سطوح مختلف آن پرداخته شده و در نهايت ، اساس نظري شهر اسلامي ، تحت عنوان جوهر شهر اسلامي ، معرفي گرديده است

Although over the past decades in Iran, attention has been paid to the issue of Islamic city and a lot of efforts have been made in the field of theorizing and realization of the Islamic city, but evidence shows that in practice there is no clear and significant result and in the way of planning Urban and Urbanization in Iran in recent years, there has been no change in this direction. It seems that one of the main reasons for the lack of success of Islamic thought is to be present in the field of urban planning and urban planning, to restrict the view of the Islamic city, in the structure and shell of the past, and to prioritize the vessel to the uncertain and neglected fact of the main nature of the Islamic city. Therefore, in the present article, which is done by descriptive and analytical method, first the main element of city building (human relations) has been discussed and then it has been studied the Islamic Shari a viewpoint about human relations and its different levels. Finally, the theoretical basis of the Islamic city has been introduced as the essence of the Islamic city.
