This article intended to study the current situation of training interpretation in B.A. program of Translation in Iran, compared with what is offered for the same in the UK. To begin, a concise introduction of translation and its differences with interpretation is provided. Then the courses that trainees had to pass for B.A. degree in field of Translation and Interpretation are listed and a precise comparison between current Iranian curriculum and that of Middlesex university of London in mentioned field was carried out. After an analytical comparison between curricula of the two universities, there were found two main problems existing in the Iranian curriculum, which are later discussed chronologically. Also some solutions are suggested for each problem to eliminate and smooth the weakness. At the end, some guidelines are suggested to be considered in B.A. program of Translation in order to train more knowledgeable students.
