The heart is one of the most important members in the body, so its accurate action is very important and vital. In this paper we analyze heart cells action and control it in a specific two-dimensional model that this model is taken from Hodgkin-Huxley model. We show that by applying appropriate $\rho$ we able to control amplitude of per heart beat. We describe how variations in value of $\rho$ can develope supercritical Hopf-Andronov bifurcation and from this mathematical phenomena is used to control arrythmya or preserve heart beats.
