In this paper we define the notions such as monogenic ternary semigroup, index and period. We investigate finite monogenic ternary semigroups and we prove that all of finite monogenic ternary semigroups with the same index and the same period are isomorphic. Moreover, we prove that every finite monogenic ternary semigroup has exactly one generator
