In this study, heat transfer in curved fins is modeled and the degree of curvature is optimized to reduce costs and increase effectiveness, and finally the effect of important parameters effect on optimal degree of curvature is investigated. Equations are discretized using finite difference method. The thickness of fin is proportional to nth order of length. Modeling validity is done by comparing analytical and numerical results for n=2, Calculated relative error in temperature distribution is less than 2.5 percent that is ignorable. According to these results, model is used for other curves. Chart of efficiency versus degree of curvature is ascending and effectiveness chart is Descending, so the optimum degree of curvature is obtained from intersection of two figures
