چكيده فارسي :
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي تأثير آزادي كسب‌وكار بر اندازه اقتصاد زيرزميني دركشورهاي درحال‌توسعه منتخب است. براي اين منظور از داده‌هاي سال‌هاي 2014_2002 و روش گشتاورهاي تعميم‌يافته استفاده‌شده است. نتايج بدست آمده از اين پژوهش نشان داد كه افزايش آزادي كسب‌وكار تأثير منفي بر اندازه اقتصاد زيرزميني دارد به‌عبارتي‌ديگر با افزايش آزادي كسب‌وكار اندازه اقتصاد زيرزميني كاهش مي‌يابد، بر اساس يافته‌هاي پژوهش با افزايش يك درصد در آزادي كسب‌وكار، اندازه اقتصاد زيرزميني به ميزان پنج درصد كاهش مي‌يابد، همچنين مطالعه حاضر نشان داد كه افزايش بار مالياتي و كاهش درجه باز بودن تجاري به افزايش اندازه اقتصاد زيرزميني مي‌انجامد. تسهيل ضوابط و قوانين و حذف مقررات غيرضروري مربوط به توليد و تجارت و بهبود فضاي كسب‌وكار، بهبود سيستم اداري، كاهش مراحل اداري و اجتناب از افزايش ناگهاني بار مالياتي و كاهش محدوديت‌هاي تجاري از پيشنهادهاي سياستي اين پژوهش محسوب مي‌شود.
چكيده لاتين :
The aim of the present study is to investigate the effect of Business freedom on size of the underground economy in the chosen developing countries. For this purpose the data from 2002 to 2014 and the Generalized method of moments(GMM) was used. The results showed that increase in the Business freedom has negative affect on; size of the underground economy in other words with increase in Business freedom, the size of the underground economy will decrease. According to the findings of the study, by increasing 1 percent in Business freedom, the size of the underground economy the will decrease 5 percent. In addition, the present study showed the increase of the tax burden and decrease of Trade openness will lead to the increase in the size of the underground economy.Simplifying rules and regulations and removing unnecessary regulations related to production and trade and improving business environment, Reduceing administrative procedures and avoiding sudden increase in the tax burden and reducing trade restrictions are the political suggestions of this invenstigation.
