In this paper, the homotopy perturbation method(HPM) and sumudu transform is employed
to obtain the approximate analytical solution of the Klein Gorden equations. The
nonlinear terms can easily be handled with the help of He’s polynomials which is considered
to be an advantage of this technique. The fact that the proposed technique solves nonlinear
problems without using Adomian’s polynomials can be considered as a clear advantage of this
new method over the decomposition method. In this algorithm, the series solution can be
obtained by making use of the inverse transformation. The result reveal that the proposed
algorithm is very efficient, simple and can be applied to other nonlinear problems.
