Th e magnetically acidified nanocomposite were synthesized and evaluated in the multi-component reaction of aromatic aldehydes, malononitrile, and 1,3-dinuclephiles for the synthesis of pyran and chromene compounds in water. High yields, short experimental time, low cost easy preparation and separation of the catalyst are the advantages of this new procedur
