Purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between ethical climate, organizational health , organizational citizenship behaviour and job burnout , among employees in Shiraz electric distribution company . This study is applied research . and correctional study . was conducted in 2013. The Statistical Society included 250 people from employees of Shiraz electric distribution company . In this study, measurement tools, was standardized questionnaires: ethical climate questionnaire Victor amp;Coollen (1987-1988) , work place spirituality Questionnaire Howdan, W.J. (1993), organizational health questionnaire HoyTarter, amp; Kottkamp(1991) , and job burnout questionnaire Maslach, C., amp; Jackson, S. E. (1993).Lisrel and Spss software were used for analysis. The results confirm the causal model . Results of research showed that ethical climate has positive effect on organizational citizenship behaviour and organizational health and organizational health have negative effect on job burnout. The results of research can improve organizational citizenship behaviour and organizational health bye improve ethical climate and can reduce job burnout in organization .
