Examining The impact of collective work on occupational stress reduction in employees of electrical distribution department

In this study we investigate the impact of collective work on decrease of occupational stress in employees of electrical distribution department. the research was conducted according to This semi- experimental with pre-test, post-test control group design study. 14 male employees with occupational stress were selected. Then the collective work was used in 120 sessions. the results indicated that, the collective work could ameliorate occupational stress. there for collective works could be used as an important technic for treatment of occupational stress in employees
