The Investigation of the Effects of Applying Financial Instruments on the Approach of Financing Knowledge-based Organizations by Using CSR Model (Case Study : Khorasan Science and Technology Park)

Information and figures which indicate financial performance of the companies are usually detailed even in very small sections. In order to use these figures it is required to convert them as understandable, associated and if possible limited information and organize them in order that the analysis of financial performance is useful and effective. Financial Analysts who analyze financial performance of Businesses usually apply different instruments for their analyses. The main instrument of financial analysis is using various financial ratios. The aim of this research is also achieving an obvious answer for the main question of the research which is the Effect of Applying Financial Instruments on the Approach of Financing Knowledge-based Organizations (by Using CSR Model). Statistic population of this research is all technology companies located in Khorasan Science and Technology Park that 20 companies were selected as sample by Simple random sampling. And their Amount of financing performance was investigated by applying financial instruments during the years 2009-2011. Investigating research assumptions it was specified that there is a direct and significant relation between applying financial instruments and financing approach of Knowledge-based organizations. Performing this research the managers of knowledge organizations can adopt the projects financing methods and strategies in their industry
