بررسي نقش اتاق‌هاي گفتگوي اينترنتي در ارتكاب جرايم اخلاقي

زمينه وهدف: اتاق‌هاي گفتگوي اينترنتي يكي از فناوري‌هاي نوين ارتباطي بوده كه در تبادل اطلاعات و ارتباطات نقش آفريني مي‌كنند از سوي ديگر تبعات و ابعاد منفي را در حوزه‌هاي مختلف دارند كه از اين جهت حائز اهميت مي‌باشند به‌همين دليل پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي نقش اتاق‌هاي گفتگوي اينترنتي در ارتكاب جرايم اخلاقي صورت گرفته است. روش: اين پژوهش به‌صورت توصيفي – تحليلي از نوع پيمايش انجام شده است جامعه آماري تعداد 8000 نفر از دانشجويان دانشگاه‌هاي تهران، تربيت مدرس، دانشگاه شهيد بهشتي، علامه طباطبايي و دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد تهران جنوب بودند كه براساس فرمول كوكران تعداد321 نفر به‌عنوان حجم نمونه به روش نمونه‌گيري طبقه‌اي انتخاب شدند. يافته‌ها و نتايج: يافته‌هاي تحليلي پژوهش از ديدگاه كاربران بيانگر تأثير معنادار متغيرهاي مورد مطالعه بر ارتكاب جرايم اخلاقي در فضاي اتاق‌هاي گفتگوي اينترنتي مي‌باشد، به‌طوري كه نبود نظارت لازم در اتاق‌هاي گفتگوي اينترنتي اعم از عدم نظارت والدين، عدم حضور پليس اينترنتي، عدم فيلترينگ و عدم نظارت سازمان‌هاي مسئول در فرآيند وقوع جرايم اخلاقي تأثيرگذار است، كاربران معتقدند كه نبود محدوديت‌هاي اخلاقي متغير تأثيرگذار ديگري بر شكل‌گيري و وقوع جرايم اخلاقي مي‌باشد و همچنين ناشناخته ماندن هويت اصلي كاربران در اتاق‌هاي گفتگو اعم از عدم پايبندي به هويت مذهبي و اعتقادي، هويت خانوادگي، هويت فرهنگي، هويت قومي و نژادي و ارائه هويت غير واقعي در چت روم‌ها در ارتكاب جرايم اخلاقي بي‌تأثير نيست. علاوه بر اين از نظر كاربران، ميزان بهره‌مندي از اتاق‌هاي گفتگوي اينترنتي در قالب مدت زمان صرف شده براي ارضاي نيازها، ميزان شكل‌گيري دوستي‌هاي اينترنتي و ارتباطات مخفيانه در چت روم‌ها در ارتكاب جرايم اخلاقي نقش دارند. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد وجود متغيرهاي زمينه‌اي ازجمله سن و جنسيت تأثير كمي در ارتكاب جرايم اخلاقي دارند.

Methods: This descriptive-analytical study of the statistical survey of 8000 students from the University of Tehran Tarbiat Modarres, martyr Beheshti University, Tehran University of Southern Tabatabai and based on Cochran Formula 321 as the sample size were selected using stratified sampling Findings and Results: This analysis suggests a significant impact of the variables studied from the perspective of users of online chat room is a moral crime So that it was not necessary to monitor the chat rooms ranging from lack of parental supervision, lack of police presence on the Internet, no filtering and monitoring authorities in the crimes of moral influence, Members believe that the lack of ethical constraints affect the other variable is the formation and moral crimes And also the user s identity remains unknown in chat rooms ranging from lack of adherence to religious identity and beliefs Family identity, cultural identity, ethnic identity and racial identity unrealistic in chatrooms provide a moral crime is ineffective In addition, the users, the amount of time spent in chat rooms to meet the needs of forming friendships and relationships hidden in chat rooms on the Internet are moral crimes The results show that variables such as age and gender have little impact on moral crimes.
