The Electronic Health is also one of the special Internet of Things applications. Electronic Health Devices are the main users of Internet. So communication between devices to device can be used as one of internal components of the IOT. Various types of these devices and sensors to measure health status exist (such as measurement of heart health, blood sugar levels, and breathing tests), not only the received information to a person, but also the data through the network send to the doctors. The ability to collect relevant information in real time is the key point in this context because it has become intelligence and making a smart environment. Certainly the quality of the data collected depends on the smart devices. Taking advantage of this technology in different parts of ICU, to facilitate work of nurses and medical staff in the monitoring patients, However move to these environments creates new security challenges. So doctors and nurses should be based on defined access rules (based on the patient s condition, and conditions of time, place and environment) can gain access the patient information. In this article, first introduces IOT Definition and its applications and then communication of device to device and algorithms of Electronic Health will be discussed.
