ارزيابي طراحي منطقه اي درمقياس خرد محله، به منظور مديريت و ارتقاء كيفيت طرح جامع و تفصيلي

امروزه طراحي معماري منطقه اي در بيشتر شهرهاي پيشرفته از جمله عوامل مهم براي كنترل مديريت، عملكرد و ظاهر هر منطقه محسوب مي شود. اين مقوله در چهارچوب اصول و قواعدي از پيش تعيين شده كه توسط پژوهشگران مرتبط با علوم مديريت شهري، طراحي شهري و معماري و حتي ساكنين محله است صورت مي پذيرد. در كشور ما بعد از تعيين طرح جامع وطرح تفصيلي كه خود دچار معضلاتي هستند طرح ديگري براي كنترل و اثرگذاري محلي وجود ندارد. طرحهاي معماري منطقه اي مي تواند از عوامل مهم وتاثير گذار در كيفيت ظاهر وباطن شهر باشد. با توجه به اطلاعات كيفي حاصل از مطالعات صورت گرفته، فرض پژوهش ، بر اين پايه استوار است كه اگر همپوشاني ميان طرح معماري محلي و طرح هاي جامع و تفصيلي صورت گيرد آيا مي توان به طرح مطلوب باكيفيت منطقه اي دستيابي پيدا كرد؟ براي اثبات فرضيه ذكر شده پاسخ به سؤالات ذيل ضروري است: آيا امروزه طرحهاي جامع و تفصيلي قادر به حل معضلات شهرهايمان هستند؟ آيا چهار چوبي براي دستيابي به طرح مطلوب بعد از طرح جامع وطرح تفصيلي وجود دارد؟ چگونه مي توان از اين رويكرد جهت شكل دهي به آينده شهرهايمان بهره برد؟ از آنجا كه هدف نگارش اين مقاله نتيجه گيري از تحقيق درچارچوب معضلات و نبود طرحهاي معماري محلي است، در راهبرد تحقيق، از استدلال منطقي استفاده شده كه با مرور تحليلي ادبيات موضوع از طريق مدارك كتابخانهاي، اينترنتي سعي در پاسخ به سؤالات فوق را دارد. در پايان نتيجة پژوهش نشان مي دهد كه نبود چهارچوبهاي معين براي رسيدن به طرح منطقه اي و خرد باعث شده كه جامعه رو به تحولات و نگرشهاي غير منطقي و آني برده و اين مطلب به نوعي موجب غير همگن شدن منطقه اي و يا محلي مي شود و مي بايست براي خروج از وضعيت موجود به چهار چوبي با معيارهاي منطقه اي و يا محلي دست يافت

Today, designing regional architectures in most advanced cities is considered as an important factor for controlling the management, performance and appearance of each region. This category is in the framework of predetermined principles and rules that are being handled by researchers related to urban management science, urban and architectural design, and even residents of the neighborhood. There is no other plan for local control and effectiveness in our country after designing a comprehensive plan and having some problems. Regional architectural designs can be important factors affecting the quality of the city s appearance and appearance. According to the qualitative information obtained from the studies, the research hypothesis is based on the assumption that if an overlap between the local architectural design and comprehensive and detailed plans can be achieved, the regional quality plan can be achieved? In order to prove the hypothesis, the answer to the following questions is necessary: ​​are today comprehensive and detailed plans capable of solving the problems of our cities? Are there four trees for achieving the desired plan after a comprehensive plan and detailed plan? How can we use this approach to shape the future of our cities? Since the purpose of writing this article is to conclude from research in the framework of problems and the lack of local architectural designs, the logic of reasoning has been used in the research strategy, which attempts to answer the above questions by analyzing the subject literature through library documents. At the end of the research, the absence of certain frameworks for achieving regional and wisdom has caused the society to become irrational and irrelevant, and this in some way causes regional or local non-homogeneity.
