Studies on the changes in the area of ​​the open air (yard) and the closed space (land) in the plans of Shiraz houses over time

نگرش كمي به مقوله مسكن ديدگاه سودگرايانه نسبت به زمين عدم توجه به معنا و كيفيت فضايي و غفلت از تأثيرگذاري محيط بر روان آدمي موجب كم توجهي و حذف حياط از خانه ها شده است از همين رو امروزه حذف طبيعت و ايجاد محيط مصنوع در خانه ها موجب احساس اخوت در ساكنين مراكز شهري شده است اين پژوهش بر آن است تا با محوريت قرار دادن پلان خانه ها از گذشته تا معاصر تأثير آن را در استفاده مجدد از حياط در قالب بررسي نمونه موردي‌هايي از گذشته تا معاصر به تغييرات نسبت مساحت حياط به اعياني فضاي بسته در طول تاريخ در شيراز بپردازد اين پژوهش به روش كيفي است جامعه موردمطالعه تمامي خانه هاي شهر شيراز از گذشته تا دوره معاصر هستند از ميان خانه هاي موجود به شكل نمونه‌گيري احتمالي مطبق 8 خانه دوره‌هاي مختلف و ۶ خانه آپارتمان معاصر به‌عنوان نمونه‌هايي از بناهاي دوره‌هاي مختلف انتخاب‌شده است تجزيه و تحليل داده ها بر اساس محاسبه درصد حياط و اعياني در دوره هاي مختلف و در نهايت مقايسه ي آن ها بوده است كه در پايان به صورت جدول و نمودار ارائه شده است نتايج مطالعه نشان مي دهدكه معماران معاصر شيراز در خانه هاي امروز خلائي به وجود آورده‌اند كه بايد هر چه زودتر به دنبال راه‌حلي براي آن باشند

A little attitude toward housing a profit-oriented view of land a lack of attention to the meaning and quality of space and a neglect of the impact of the environment on human psyche has led to the lack of attention and the removal of the courtyard of homes so todays removal of nature and the creation of an artifact In homes it has caused frustration among residents of urban centers The research seeks to focus on the plan of houses from the past to contemporary its effect on reuse of the yard in the form of a case study from past to contemporary The changes in the area of the yard to the open spaces closed space throughout history in Shiraz this research is qualitative The community studied all the houses in Shiraz from the past to the contemporary era Of the existing houses a sample of 8 houses of different courses and 6 contemporary houses has been selected as examples of buildings of different periods Data analysis and analysis Based on the calculation of the yard and the percentage of different courses and finally their comparison which is presented at the end in the form of a table and a graph The results of the study show that contemporary Shiraz architects have created a vacuum in todays homes which should seek a solution as soon as possible
