يكي از موضوعاتي كه بيشتر شهرهاي جهان با آن مواجه هستند موضوع حوادث طبيعي است. با توجه به ماهيت غير مترقبه بودن غالب حوادث طبيعي و لزوم اتخاذ سريع وصحيح تصميم ها و اجراي عمليات، دانشي تحت عنوان « مديريت بحران » به وجود آمده است. مديريت بحران دانشي است كه برنامه ريزي و رعايت اصول و استاندارد ها در قبل، حين و بعد بحران، سهم انسان را در كنترل حوادث افزايش داده و خسارات ناشي از رخداد يا اثرات حوادث را كاهش مي دهد. سيستم هاي آب و فاضلاب نقشي مهم و كليدي را در حفاظت از سلامت و بهداشت جامعه و محيط زيست ايفا مي كنند لذا هرگونه قطع و توقف در سرويس دهي سيستم آب و فاضلاب خواه ناشي از بحران هاي طبيعي و خواه ناشي از رخدادهاي غيرطبيعي، مي تواند تأثيرات بهداشتي زياد و گسترده اي را در سطح جامعه به همراه داشته و باعث گسترش نارضايتي در سطح جامعه گردد. از آنجايي كه در ايران باران هاي رگباري و به تبع آن سيل، بحران هاي زيادي را به وجود مي آورد بر آن شديم كه در اين مقاله به بررسي و مديريت شرايط بحراني در هنگام وقوع سيل بپردازيم و با توجه به اهميت آب رساني در هنگام بروز بحران تصميم گرفتيم اثرات تخريبي سيل را بر روي شبكه آب و فاضلاب بيان نماييم.

Water and wastewater systems play a key role in protecting the health of the community and the environment Therefore, any shutdown or shutdown in the service of the water and wastewater system, whether due to natural disasters or due to abnormal events, can have wide and wide-scale health impacts at the community level, and may increase community dissatisfaction. Since in Iran rains and floods have caused many crises, we decided to review and manage the critical situations during the flood and, given the importance of water supply at the time of occurrence, The crisis has decided to announce the destructive effects of floods on the water and wastewater network.
