چكيده فارسي :
درحقيقت علل اصلي ايجاد فضاي سبز كمك به كاهش وجود غبار و آلودگي هوا ، جلوگيري از تغييرات غير طبيعي دما ، زيباسازي ، سلامت روحي و رواني همچنين علاوه بر اينها در جلوه هاي زيباي طبيعي ، تبيين و تعالي شخصيت اجتماعي صاحبانش نقش مهمي را ايفا مي كنند . عمده ترين تلاش شهرسازي ، مكان يابي براي كاربري هاي گوناگون در سطح شهر و جداسازي كاربري هاي ناسازگار از يكديگر است . توزيع مكاني فضاي سبز بايد به گونه اي باشد كه دستيابي به آن از يك طرف كارآيي مناسب داشته و از طرف ديگر جهت استفاده مكرر شهروندان از اهميت بالايي برخوردار باشد . با توجه به توزيع و پراكنش فضاي سبز در كلانشهر تبريز منطقه 6 شهرداري تبريز داراي سرانه فضاي سبز نسبتا كمتري مي باشند كه اهميت مطالعه و پژوهش را در زمينه مكان يابي بوستان هاي شهري بيشتر مي كند . روش تحقيق حاضر، توصيفي ، تحليلي و بر پايه ي مطالعات اسنادي، كتابخانه اي و بررسي هاي پيمايشي است. در اين تحقيق با استفاده از مدل تحليل سلسه مراتبي ابتدا بايد معيارهاي تاثير گذار با وزن دهي مناسب با توجه به اهميت هر يك از معيارها مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار مي گيرد . سپس با استفاده از روش تاپسيس به اولويت بندي و انتخاب بهترين گزينه براي احداث بوستان هاي شهري تعيين گرديد. نتايج حاصل از تلفيق لايه هاي اطلاعاتي براي انتخاب مكان هاي مناسب به 5 كلاس { كاملا ناسازگار ، نسبتا ناسازگار ، بي تفاوت ، نسبتا سازگار ، كاملا سازگار}طبقه بندي شده كه مناطق داراي كاربري هاي سازگار اولويت بالاتري دارند . و در نتيجه با استفاده از روش TOPSIS به اولويت بندي مناطق سازگار در منطقه پرداخته و زمين هاي مناسب جهت احداث بوستان شهري رتبه بندي شدند. بنابراين براساس نتايج بدست آمده مكان 3 به عنوان بالاترين درصد اولويت بندي جهت احداث بوستان هاي شهري مناسب مي باشد .

In fact, the main causes of creating green space are helping to reduce the presence of dust and air pollution, prevent abnormal temperature changes, beautification, mental health. In addition, in natural beauty, the explanation and excellence of the social character of its owners play an important role. . The major urbanization effort is to locate various uses at the city level and isolate maladaptive applications. The spatial distribution of green space should be such that its achievement is efficient on the one hand and, on the other hand, it is of high importance for frequent use by citizens. Considering the distribution and distribution of green space in the metropolis of Tabriz, the 6th district of Tabriz Municipality has a relatively lower per capita green space, which increases the importance of study and research in the field of locating urban gardens. The method of this research is descriptive, analytical and based on documentary, library and survey studies. In this research, using a hierarchical analysis model, we first need to analyze the impact criteria with proper weighting according to the importance of each criterion. Then, Topsis method was used to prioritize and select the best option for the construction of urban gardens. The results of the integration of the information layers in order to select the appropriate locations are classified into five classes (totally incompatible, relatively incompatible, indifferent, fairly consistent, fully compatible) that the regions with consistent applications have a higher priority. As a result, using the TOPSIS method, priority was given to adaptation areas in the area and suitable land for the construction of urban park was ranked. Therefore, based on the results, location 3 is considered as the highest priority percentage for the construction of urban gardens.
