بررسي مرمت خانه هاي قديمي تبريز (مطالعه موردي: خانه ي لاله اي)

An examination of the restoration of Tabriz old house (case study: Lalehi House)

با توجه به توسعه و پيشرفت روزافزون صنعت ساختمان و تدوين آيين‌نامه هاي جديد و به روز شدن آيين‌نامه‌هاي موجود در جهت مقاوم‌سازي ساختمان ها در برابر زلزله از يك طرف و وجود بافت قديمي و فرسوده ساختمان ها در جاي جاي كشور پهناورمان از طرف ديگر و با وجود اعمال هزينه سنگين و نيز اعمال محدوديت هاي قانوني تخريب و نوسازي ساختمان، لزوم ارايه راهكارهايي در جهت ترميم و تقويت ساختمان هاي موجود و بدون نياز به تخريب آنها هر چه بيشتر نمايان مي‌گردد. در اين پژوهش به احياي خانه ي لاله اي تبريز كه با روش توصيفي- تحليلي و از طريق مطالعات كتابخانه اي و ميداني به انجام رسيده است، به اين نتيجه رسيديم كه احياي خانه هاي سنتي باعث ترويج بومي گرايي و گسترش فرهنگ و صنعت گردشگري در شهر تبريز مي شود. در طرح هاي احيا با هدف تغيير كاربري، نيازهاي منطقه، ارائه خدمات رفاهي به مالكين، تركيبات فضايي پلان و تاسيسات و كالبد اوليه و از همه مهم تر هويت و ارزش بنا بايد حفظ شود و بهره بردار از نظر قانوني موظف و مكلف به رسيدگي مداوم و حفاظت و جلوگيري از زوال بنا مي باشد.

According to the Growing development of the building industry and editing new regulations and updating of available regulations at the aim retrofitting buildings against earthquakes and existence old and worn-out texture building in our vast country and despite the high costs and applying legal restriction destruction and repair of buildings, the need for a solution in order to restore and strengthen the existing buildings without need to destroy them becomes appear. In this research, resuscitation of Lalehi Houses of Tabriz whit descriptive and analytical method and conducted through library and field studies, concluded the resuscitation of traditional Houses promote nativist and speared the culture and tourism industry in Tabriz city. The resuscitation project aims to change, regional needs, providing welfare services to owners, planning spatial composition and installation and the initial building and most importantly, the identity and values must be preserved and the operator is legally obligated and required to ongoing proceedings and conservation and prevent deterioration of buildings.
