چكيده فارسي :
پايداري اجتماعي يكي از مفاهيم توسعه پايدار است كه از دهه ي 1960 به بعد در برنامه هاي توسعه كشورهاي مختلف وارد شد . اما به دليل عدم اجماع بر سر مولفه ها وجايگاه آن در ميان ساير اجزاء توسعه پايدار ، در عمل به گونه هاي بسيار متفاوتي با آن برخورد شده است . پايداري اجتماعي نقش مهمي در يافتن راه حل هايي براي تاثير متقابل گروه هاي اجتماعي برهم ، ايفا مي كند و همچنين طراحي پايدار مي تواند منجر به شكل گيري معماري پايدار شود . طراحي معماري مي‌تواند در يافتن راه‌حلهايي براي تاثير متقابل گروه‌هاي اجتماعي نقش ايفا كند. شهرها جايگاه اصلي فعاليت‌هاي انساني هستند. براي پايداري در شهر بايد به جنبه‌هاي اجتماعي نظير ايجاد و حمايت از محيط‌هاي انساني فعال و فضاهاي زنده توجه شود. ايستگاه مترو به عنوان فضاي عمومي شهري همواره پذيراي جمعيت انساني بسياري در روز است از اينرو ناديده‌گرفتن پتانسيل‌هاي تاثيرگذار در تعاملات اجتماعي مناسب مي‌تواند اين فضاي شهري را به يك معضل شهري تبديل نمايد. در اين راستا شناخت و تجزيه و تحليل و شكل‌دهي به فضاهاي مترو به عنوان فضاي شهري پايدار نيازمند شناخت عوامل و فاكتورهاي تاثيرگذار بر پايداري اجتماعي و شناخت پتانسيل‌هاي طراحي اين‌گونه فضاهاست. در اين پژوهش به روش توصيفي- تحليلي، سوابق موضوع در قالب تعريف توسعه‌ي پايدار، جايگاه پايداري اجتماعي در توسعه و نقش معماري در پايداري اجتماعي و معيارهاي آن مورد بررسي قرارگرفته و تاثير هر فاكتور و ارتباط آن با ديگر فاكتورها و راهكارهاي دستيابي به هر يك تحليل گرديده‌است. از مقايسه‌ي تطبيقي فاكتورها و راهكارهاي ارائه شده و پتانسيل فضايي ايستگاه‌هاي مترو، معيارهايي منطبق با ويژگي‌هاي فضايي ايستگاه‌ها استخراج شده است. بر اساس نتايج، چگونگي تاثير، اهميت و اولويت فاكتورهاي تاثيرگذار در معيارهاي پايداري اجتماعي، در سه بخش كالبد، فعاليت و معنا مشخص شده و در نهايت راهكارهايي براي طرحي متناسب با فرهنگ و خواست و نياز و پيش زمينه‌ي ذهني استفاده‌كنندگان، ارائه گرديده‌است.

Sustainability is one of the concepts of sustainable development that has entered into development programs from different countries since the 1960s. But due to the lack of consensus over its components and its location among other components of sustainable development, it has been dealt with very differently in practice. Sustainability plays an important role in finding solutions to the interactions of social groups, and sustainable design can lead to the formation of sustainable architecture. Architectural design can play a role in finding solutions for the interaction of social groups. Cities are the mainstay of human activities. To be sustainable in the city, social aspects such as creating and supporting active human environments and living spaces should be considered. The subway station as a public urban area always attracts many human populations per day, so ignoring the potentials that can influence social interactions can turn this urban space into a urban disaster. In this regard, recognizing and analyzing metro spaces as a sustainable urban environment requires the identification of factors affecting social sustainability and the potential of designing such spaces. In this research, the descriptive-analytical method, the subject records in the form of a definition of sustainable development, the status of social sustainability in development and the role of architecture in social stability and its criteria have been studied and the impact of each factor and its relationship with other factors and solutions to achieve each. It has been analyzed. The comparative comparison of the factors and proposed solutions and the spatial potential of metro stations have been derived from criteria that are consistent with the spatial characteristics of the stations.
